Your Candidate Journey

First contact with HR

  • Brief phone interview with our talent recruiter to confirm your skills and your purpose match those of the role.
  • If they match, you will receive complete information about the steps in our recruitment process.

Meet your future manager & team

  • Video interview with the role manager and exchanges with cross-functional future colleagues
  • You maybe asked to take a technical test depending on the role and your expertise

Come in for a on-site interview

  • Tour of office with HR team
  • You’re encouraged to ask any questions about the company, the role, etc.

Receive our employment offer

  • Manager calls to formally make an offer that you will receive by email
  • You will have all necessary information make a final decision

Receive your contract

  • Work contract will be sent both by email and by postal mail
  • Your HR contact will be able to answer any questions

Preparing your arrival

  • HR team will plan your arrival and provide you with the company handbook
  • You will be contacted by your onboarding “buddy”

Your first day
