At Cosmo Tech, sustainability is at the core of our digital and equipment practices. With less extensive data compared to purely AI-driven models, our architecture is designed to be frugal, thereby reducing the environmental impact.

Integral to our efforts is the use of the Azure Carbon Optimization tool, a service that enables us to monitor, measure and minimize the carbon impact associated with our cloud operations. On top of these, we focus on extending equipment lifespan through regular maintenance and maintaining a practice of extending warranties when possible to reduce software obsolescence.

Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected internally in our day-to-day efforts, our attitude as a team. We believe every leadership decision today needs to balance resiliency, sustainability, and economic performance. We strive to encourage voluntary initiatives and projects with other players, including firms specializing in low-carbon strategy and adaptation to climate change.  

We participate in workshops like “The Digital Fresk,” a dynamic one-day session on the environmental impact of digital technologies. Inspired by the “Climate Fresk,” these sessions are great for team-building and promoting environmental responsibility in the digital sector.

At Cosmo Tech, sustainability is more than a goal—it’s an adventure. Each year, we trade suits for running shoes to join the eco-designed “Run for Planet” race, supporting organizations like SeaShepherd France, Planète Urgence, L214 Ethics and Animals, and The Bird Protection League.
