Cosmo Tech Executive Chairman and co-founder Michel Morvan is attending Digihall Day today, 28 March, in Paris.
After a successful first edition last year, CEA, Inria, IRT SystemX, Systematic and Télécom ParisTech are hosting another Digihall Day event in Palaiseau at Nano-INNOV. Digihall Day is a one-day tech show with over 100 technology demonstrations, where visitors have the opportunity to visualize and test various advanced technologies. The four key themes of this year include transport and mobility, industry of the future, defense and security, and health and environment.
During the morning, several speakers will discuss the issues of explicability and cybersecurity of artificial intelligence. This day will also be a unique opportunity to interact with Digihall members’ researchers and industrial partners in an innovation village, composed of 50 demonstrators illustrating their complementary expertise around the four themes. The day also includes round tables and keynotes and a selection of innovative technology demonstrators based on artificial intelligence will be exhibited.
IRT SystemX is an institute for technological research boosting digital transformation. They believe that digital engineering of complex systems is at the heart of the transport, communication, digital security and energy sectors. They have for a goal to strengthen territorial attractiveness while boosting the digital transformation and representing a new dynamic of innovation for France. Last year, Morvan opened Digihall Day by giving an inspiring call to arms for French research, small businesses and corporations in an era of digital transformation.
“I strongly believe that France can be the world leader in this digital transformation and that IRT SystemX, through the grouping of all actors – academic, SMEs, and large corporation – will be the spearhead,” he said. “Indeed, our unique model is an unstoppable asset to accelerate transfers to industry.”
Morvan has been involved with IRT SystemX since its creation in 2012, most recently being appointed President in last year’s elections. This was a busy week for Cosmo Tech, as various members of upper-level management and Sales & Marketing teams were present at events throughout France and the UK.
