In partnership with RTE, members from Cosmo Tech’s team will be at Smart Energies Expo in Paris on 6 June.

Taking place at La Defense, Smart Energies Paris is a business exposition for leaders paving the way for the future of energy. With the slogan “Smarter energy for a brighter future”, Smart Energies has developed a cutting-edge program aimed at highlighting the architects of change in the field of energy. The two-day event welcomes over 3,400 participants, with 140+ speakers, 80+ exhibitors and 300+ business meetings. Amid the usual speakers and exhibition stands, Smart Energies Paris also provides participants with an innovation lab, workshops, and lively debates.

This year’s edition centers around four pavilions: Consumers and Territories; Sustainable Development and Mobility; Energy Efficiency and Industry; and Data and IoT. Included among the speakers will be executives from major French companies such as Schneider Electric, GRDF, and RTE. Also present will be Think SmartGrids, a French association dedicated to developing smart grids in the French sector and promoting French solutions in Europe and across the world. Cosmo Tech’s CEO and co-founder, Hugues de Bantel, was recently reelected as the Vice-President of Think SmartGrids in April of this year.

Back for its third year, Smart Energies promises invigorating topics, including the impact of storage on the integration of renewable energy; business models related to self-consumption, self-production, and Peer-to-Peer; the role of communities in the Smart City; opportunities and prospects for the development of electric vehicles; taking data into account in energy management; and the development of heat networks, multi-fluid and multi-energy. These topics will provide participants with the ability to expand their knowledge and keep up-to-date on the latest trends within the energy sector.

Members from Cosmo Tech’s team will be attending the event, ready to provide participants with information on how their solutions can help companies make smart decisions when it comes to energy assets. One of Cosmo Tech’s latest solutions, Smart Energy Planning (SEP), is a powerful urban planning optimization tool that enables local authorities and urban energy stakeholders to model, simulate, and optimize urban energy infrastructure plans holistically and over a long-term period. SEP provides users with the ability to create and compare multiple what-if scenarios, which in turn will allow them to develop maintenance and investment plans. By inputting data specifically tailored to their needs, users will be able to view the energy distribution of their urban infrastructure.

Smart Energies is the perfect opportunity for Cosmo Tech to showcase exactly how SEP can become a standard tool for the future of energy. You can find Cosmo Tech at the RTE stand both days.
