Cosmo Tech has again been feted for its unique, industry-validated modeling and simulation platform, this time at the 2017 Digital Simulation Awards (Trophées de la Simulation numérique) in France.
Cosmo Tech co-founder and CEO Hugues de Bantel was present to accept the small business award on behalf of the Cosmo Tech team and expressed his delight at the company’s success.
“It’s always an honor to be selected from amongst one’s peers and recognized in this way,” he explained. “I’m especially proud to be representing the entire Cosmo Tech team – all of the Cosmonauts – who have worked and continue to work so hard to deliver this world leading technology to the market.”
The Awards are an annual event hosted by L’Ecole Polytechnique, France’s premier higher education institution and a school consistently ranked among the world’s best. Presented in association with the Forum Teratec, the magazine L’Usine Digitale, and with support from market leaders like Cray and Hewlett-Packard, the Awards recognize France’s highest performing companies in the domain of digital simulation.
Cosmo Tech was awarded the prize for Small Business, an annual trophy for a company that has efficiently developed and deployed digital simulation technology and fundamentally changed the way in which it has developed new products and applications. Cosmo Tech, a company with applications in areas as diverse as asset investment optimization, critical infrastructure management, smart territories, and process management, was a clearly deserving winner having already begun to impact the way in which some of France’s biggest companies are undertaking their digital transformation and finding their way to optimal decisions.
“It’s been an exciting few months for Cosmo Tech,” said de Bantel. “Having already been named to the Global Cleantech 100 and the Red Herring Top 100 Europe, in the last two weeks we have been named to the Red Herring Top 100 in the US and now recognized here at home again with the Digital Simulation Awards. With the first half of 2017 coming to an end this week, I’m proud of what we have achieved and looking forward to continued success in the second half of the year.”
